I don't see my College or School. What can I do?
Please contact orders@aubookstorecustom.com. A representative will get in touch with you and explain the process.

When will I get my shirts?
We produce shirts on-demand Monday-Friday, so please allow 3-5 business days for production. Shipping usually takes 2-3 days, depending on your distance from Birmingham, Alabama.

How will my order be shipped?
We use either USPS first-class mail, USPS priority mail or FedEx, depending on the size of the package and the location it is shipping to.

Where is my tracking number?
Your tracking number is emailed to you automatically once your package is on the USPS truck. If you haven't received a tracking number and it has been more than 5 business days, please give us a call at (205) 440-1684 or orders@aubookstorecustom.com

Can I ship my order to the Auburn University Bookstore on campus and pick it up there?
No, we cannot ship orders directly to the Auburn University Bookstore. All orders must be shipped to a personal shipping address.

FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How can I exchange a shirt?
If you'd like to exchange a garment, please contact us at (205) 440-1684 or  orders@aubookstorecustom.com. We'll issue you a return label at no cost, and get your new shirt out to you as quickly as possible. We only provide one free return label per order.

Can I return my order?
We're happy to accept your return and refund your money within 30 days of your purchase. Your product must be returned in new, unworn condition. Contact us at (205) 440-1684 or orders@aubookstorecustom.com for a return shipping label. Once we've received your return we will issue a refund. Please keep in mind that banks can often take a few days to put your money back in your account.

What do I need to include in my return package?
In addition to the item you are returning, please include your original packing slip or email receipt and note on it if you would like a refund, or the size you are exchanging for.
